Positive: We were truly impressed by Ambra and warmly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Thoddoo. From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations. The villas are perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk to the beach - and the interiors look exactly like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable, water pressure was excellent, air conditioning worked perfectly, and the soundproofing ensured peaceful nights. The garden area is beautiful, the staff is outstanding, and the food at the restaurant was consistently high quality. Our six-night stay was flawless. We were lucky to be there during the New Year’s celebrations, and Ambra truly went above and beyond. The in-house preparations were impressive: an amazing dinner, fantastic performances by local artists, top-notch food, a professional photographer, fun props to celebrate the night, and even a small keepsake to remember the evening. The attention to detail was exceptional. The following morning, after we slept through breakfast, the team surprised us with complimentary premium Maldivian chocolates and fresh fruit - a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects how attentive and caring the staff is. Ambra also offers daily bike rentals, which allowed us to explore the entire island easily. The 24-hour room service was a huge plus, especially when restaurants on the island were busy. Even then, the Ambra team would always make sure guests had a place to eat - once even bringing out an extra table just to accommodate us. They also helped us seamlessly arrange airport transfers as well as excursions and experiences. I could write even more, but I’ll stop here. If you’ve read this far, I truly hope we’ve convinced you to choose Ambra Maldives - you won’t regret it. A heartfelt thank you to Humadh, Abdullah, and the entire Ambra team. Your passion, attention to detail, and constant desire to improve truly set you apart. We deeply appreciate everything you did to make our stay so memorable.

Negative: Nothing - everything was perfect at Ambra. Only thing that I would mention is that the island is still under development - there are constructions being built in many places, which means it's not always extremely clean or that you have an amazing view everywhere. Still, the people of Thoddoo try to clean and keep the streets clean, in multiple occasions we've seen them with brooms to make sure they keep things neet.
