Positive: Super Clean Friendly Staff Good food options

Negative: Shuttle busses need to increase by two as the waiting time is long. No non alcoholic package option as I felt I’m charged high for something not needed. Departure organizing and information, no one called us about the flight details, have to ask, no one told us about bag collection time, so all of a sudden they knocked the door asking us to leave as the plane is arriving early, then we have waited long for three people as the resort having their staff leaving as well but the cane at their convenient time so we had to cane out from the plane again waiting for them.

Summary: Was good stay but overpriced for us as we don’t drink alcohol or soft drinks not even eating chocolate.
